Open Positions:
We are looking for people to join our team as we move forward to getting the US Army Auxiliary recognized as an official Federally Chartered Nonprofit Organization. All positions are that of an unpaid volunteer. At the present time, we do not have a budget to work with so all expenses incurred will be paid for by the team member without expectation of reimbursement.
Working with us on this project can be added to the team member's resume' as work experience. If you would like to apply for a position, please send the following items to admin@ArmyAux.org.

As a volunteer, you are not entitled to any employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, workers' compensation, or unemployment benefits.

Release of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless the U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation as a volunteer, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information you may have access to during your volunteer service. This includes but is not limited to donor information, financial records, and internal communications.

Compliance with Policies: You agree to comply with all policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project during your volunteer service. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the termination of your volunteer service.

Background Check: You understand that the U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project may require a background/reference check as part of the volunteer application process. By applying, you consent to this background check and agree to provide any necessary information or documentation.

Termination of Service: The U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project reserves the right to terminate your volunteer service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Membership Disclosure:

Distinct Application Process: The application process for the U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project is separate and distinct from applying for membership in an actual U.S. Army Auxiliary, which does not currently exist.

No Automatic Membership: Acceptance into the U.S. Army Auxiliary Activation Project does not guarantee or automatically confer membership in any future U.S. Army Auxiliary.
